Graphic Design

As a graphic designer at TOGA you will get to design all types of websites, MySpaces, fan-club sites, eBlasts, EPKs, print... basically a little bit of everything! Our clients are from all different walks of life so one day you might be designing for a corporation and the next day you might be designing a band’s website. We expect our designers to be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, and have at least 3 years of experience dealing with design. You will be expected to be able to keep a clean Photoshop template for future use and easy slicing. You should have extensive knowledge of cross-browser looks and screen size resolutions. CSS and HTML knowledge is also a huge plus.

Programmer

As a programmer at TOGA you will have many opportunities to show off your skills. With tons of digital media occurring on our websites, you will get to experience every type of programming, from HTML, CSS, to PHP. We often build applications and back-end systems. We expect our programmers to be able to write everything by hand and in a clean, neat format. Our programmers and designers work hand in hand with each project to help make the job as easy and smooth as possible. Just like with any position, communication is vital.

Project Manager

Project Managers at TOGA have to be able to juggle tons of projects at once. With so much going on, Project Managers will have to keep the projects straight, follow timelines, and make sure contracts are in order, as well as stay in constant contact with the client. Project managers should be able to multi-task, be available for meetings and phone conversations at all hours, and be able to answer clients’ problems.

Sales and Networking Managers

Sales and Networking Managers at TOGA should be very social and friendly people whose job is to go out and get business for the company. This job requires setting up meetings and attending various networking events on a constant basis. A strong knowledge of the company, our prices and abilities, and our mission is a must for this position.
